After fibroadenoma was confirmed, she was referred to Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Madurai, where clinicians recommended VABB through the department of interventional radiology.After an advanced ultrasound identified the 4 x 3 cm fibroadenoma, it was removed under local anesthesia with a 9G VABB needle. The hospital said the patient managed the procedure well, recovered without issues, and was discharged the same day, with advice for regular follow-ups.
