BENGALURU: A fire broke out at Namma Metro signboard at Nagasandra Metro Station in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Sunday, prompting an immediate response from staff at the station.Visuals from the spot showed flames engulfing the signboard, while metro personnel were seen attempting to douse the fire using fire extinguishers.No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.Fire and emergency services personnel later doused the blaze, and the situation is now normal, officials said.(With inputs from PTI)
