CBSE Class 10 admit card 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for the Class 10 second board examinations 2026 today, . Schools can now download the hall tickets from the official website, which is cbse.gov.in.The board will conduct the second Class 10 board examinations from May 15, 2026.
Exam details
The exam will be held in a single shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. More than 6 lakh students are expected to appear this time. This year, CBSE has introduced a two-exam system, giving students another opportunity to improve their scores if they were not satisfied with their performance in the main (first) exam. A total of 6,68,854 regular students have registered across categories:
- 85,285 students for compartment exams
- 5,25,655 students for improvement
- 57,914 students for both categories
Important instructions for students
CBSE has shared a few key guidelines that all students must follow:
- Reporting time: Students must reach the exam centre before 10:00 am. Entry will not be allowed after this time.
- Dress code and documents: Students must wear proper school uniform and carry their school identity card and CBSE-issued admit card.
- Restricted items: Only basic stationery is allowed. Electronic devices like mobile phones are strictly banned inside the exam hall.
- Conduct: Students should not spread rumours or share exam-related content on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, or X (formerly Twitter).
For schools and private candidates
Schools affiliated with CBSE can download admit cards for their students through the official portal. Schools that are exam centres can also download centre-related material. Private candidates can also download their admit cards starting today from the CBSE website.
