Outraging modesty? That’s outrageously illogical
One ‘crime against women’ in India is the category ‘outraging modesty of women’. To be sure, behaviour and actions two IPC/BNS sections cover are criminal, have a high incidence (over 70% in crimes reported against women), and demand a distinct place in law.
