March 20 is International Day of Happiness. On this day and around it, there is increased interest and discussion on the topic of happiness.

Today, it is almost impossible to let a day pass without hearing about AI or encountering it in some form, small or large. AI has become an important part of our lives. There are lots of discussions and debates, write-ups, books, conferences, and whatnot on AI these days, and one topic that is left out among the benefits of AI is happiness.

meaning of life or purpose of life, which is an important part of happiness.

There are many more ways in which AI can be used to add happiness to one’s life. However, one needs to be cautious that one is using AI actively and with purpose, and not wasting time,
energy, and attention through inactive or passive use.
