Patna: Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) organised an international conference on “management of human resources for incubation, invention and commercialisation of intellectual property assets: global perspective” here on Sunday, where experts underscored the need for knowledge creation and its effective protection.Held under the auspices of the DPIIT (department of promotion of industry and internal trade)-IPR chair of CNLU, the conference highlighted the foundational role of human capital in building a robust and innovation-driven intellectual property ecosystem. It examined how recruitment, training, research culture, contracts and incentive systems shape the creation, protection and commercialisation of intellectual property.Jesus and Mary Academy: The birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, was observed with an inspiring “Jagriti Abhiyan” at Jesus and Mary Academy under the joint aegis of Rotary Patna City Samrat and Jagaruk Yuva Manch. The programme began with traditional lamp lighting and the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere of patriotism and positivity.
