Interestingly, an old interview of Tollywood star Vijay SDeverakonda has resurfaced, suggesting he may have been approached for the lead role in ‘DC’ before Lokesh came on board.

The actor said that he liked the story but could not take up the project because it was similar to another film he was already working on at that time.Vijay decided to pass on the project because he did not want to do two similar films.After the release of ‘DC’, some fans started connecting Vijay Deverakonda’s old comments with the film.
