MYSURU: Senior IPS officer Sunil Achaya’s wife trampled to death by a tusker around 10 am in Konanakatte near Titimati in Kodagu district. According to the Kodagu police IPS officer’s wife Sandhya is the deceased woman.Shew was attacked by a tusker when she was inspecting coffee plantation with two labourers.“She was rushed to a hospital in Gonikoppal. But she succumbed to injuries,” said sources.
